    They have now gone back to sending monthly statements.
    The last letter they sent, ages ago was asking me for a response to their letter saying as it was after the date where it can be digitally signed and therefore is they want an answer. Which I never gave, just iggyied them.

    How can they prove it? It was not 'signed'.
    Just gonna blag em more and see what they get up to?
    They are, as usual, adding charges.

    Nope. As a bit of help and a gift, when I got married the first time, my dad gave me the money to pay the scumbags off.

    Yep, I am and fighting the bank for every penny I can get back

    I remember saying that to a load of debtors I had about 15 or so years ago. I had about £10k in total and I offered them each £2 a month (yeah, I know - too much, I should have offered them £1 lol) and said to them, 'If you don’t like it, take me to court. They accepted my offer.

    That's my thinking too FP.

    It would take them 20 years or so just to re-coup the court costs.

    But wouldn’t they pass them onto Reliable Collections and they’d be continuously adding charges on monthly after an initial £100, that way the debt would increase and they’d want it paying with it ever increasing.

    If it were me I wouldn't be paying them. They're unlikely to do much for those amounts. Of course, it's up to you.

    I've been blagging a couple of mine for more than 2 years...

    Why offer a token payment, thereby admitting the debt, and then not pay it?

    Re your e-mail Niddy;

    So it looks like they’re going to keep pushing for payments, I'll offer them a token payment and I know for sure that they'll pass them onto Reliable Collections who will straight away add on £100 to each account as they did when they got mine a couple of years ago. Can they still do that, if they do, it's going to be protested against and in the end, not paid.

    So, is there another letter I could send or do I just ignore them?
