      Thanks it's a big relief to have some closure though I'm not sure how I go about settling the account but will sort that later, as pretty much just opened the letter. Result, thanks again guys

        i would use the settlement template here mate to ensure they can't wriggle out of anything.

            Send a cheque for the amount requested to the person that sent that letter with a photocopy of that letter and the cheque you send lol - cover all angles - just in case

                  within 14 days of payment and/or at the next feed update so by end of March it should be gone.
