    sorry I'm confused - really don't have time to go back pages but I had an email regards Drydens - what account does that relate or isn't it even anything to do with this thread?
    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

      Sorry I have 2 thread going at the same time 1) re: Re: bankruptcy proceeding being considered from 1st Credit (lloyds bank credit card debt) wich is this thread, and the other is from drydensfsairfaxsolicitor‏(santander credit card debt) which I emailed you about.

        send the letter Mrs D suggests for now and lets see what happens,

        how much was the payment for in 2009 and is there any description on the statement of the payment ie cash, chq, bacs?
        did 1st own the account in 2009 or was it still with lloyds

          The A/C was still with LLoyds 1st Credit took it over about a year ago. it states on the statement date Dec 2009 "23 November reference...... payment received -thank you £752 03CR" The reference start with VT then 17 numbers after not sure if it was a bank transfer.

            That's a termination code. Not a payment code. you didn't pay that did you?

                We have an illegibility template as well but for now send what MrsD suggests above
