Should I now send them a SB letter or CCA or just refer them back to the prove it letter that I send in Dec 13 and their acknowledgement letter?

Does that letter state a deadline for you to respond? It could be either a specific date or a number of days (e.g. 7 or 14).

Just wondered what has happened to Connaught Collections. They are normally 'authorised by 1stCredit" to demand money with menaces, although we know they are joined at the hip.

Remember an exact amount will make you identifiable. Disguise if you want anonymity, as DCAs do look at forum.

1st Credit have an app to send out statements. So no proof of anything new.

Do you think a SAR request will be appropriate at this stage?

                            Re: bankruptcy proceeding being considered

                            so are these valid statements?

have you wrongly assumed that it was SB?

it wasn't a spurious payment or something added by the bank?

If it's good we need to look at another tactic.

so doesn't sound as if there are nay t&cs with that CCA?

Niddy is a tad busy at the moment so I would send off this http://www.all-about-debt.co.uk/inde...escribed-terms to hold up things until we can have a proper look

The statements looks valid, photo copied though, they could have been altered .

Maybe I got the dates wrong I throught it was well over 6yrs old but according to the statement it clearly state that i made a payment in Nov 2009.

Can you explain what you mean by "nay t&cs"

I can scan the statement over to you?
