Up £10 in total so £1 extra per collection month. Not bad, especialy when ours i one of only 4 who have said they wll meet the cost of the governments change to council tax benefit in full this year,Comment

Well i thought we had already got ours but it turned up in the post today, increase of 0.8%

Got mine yesterday...county council bit down 2% and policing up 1.9%.
Still has the 25% discount for one adult even though I informed them more than 4 months ago that my 24 year old daughter is now living here.Let your smile change the world but don't let the world change your smile

Here in Hampshire we pay by dd 1st April to 1st Jan. People I know think they are getting two months free but actually the council are getting our money in advance !!

I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

No bill received, but just checked the councils website and my bill will be +2% this year. Our little town has the highest rates for the whole of the county, in fact, my bill is 50% higher than it would be for somewhere like Kensington
