  • CCJ's

    Hi guys

I've been trying to find out the 'ins & out's' of CCJ's but I can't find a relevant thread.

Basically what happens with CCJ's? By this I mean a default disappears after 6 years, and debts can be statue barred after 6 years, but if you have a CCJ that you've never paid, never acknowledged, and was probably around 7 years old. What happens with it?

All the info I can find on the internet just says they are registered with the court and CRA's for 6 years. What happens in year 7 if they are unpaid?
