The court refused an application for searches of electronic information to be carried out by an independent computer expert on the ground that it was a fishing expedition which did not relate to the claimants’ pleaded case. An order for disclosure had already been made and, in the circumstances, the application was premature (Phaestos Ltd v Ho).
