I know I have already posted this up, but the Ombudsman did not change the adjudicators decision in regards of some issues with my mortgage provider, so many issues were missed in the decision, and it was overlooked big time!
So I got back to the adjudicator assistant by email to say about this, and then received an email to confirm they were sending it on to the C202, I understand this is the assessor, but am aware they won't do a lot anyway!
Meanwhile, I did find out the female ombudsman is an ex bank worker of the same mortgage provider!
