        Its a VERY VERY GOOD thing if you want the judgment to help others, its a BAD thing if youre a bank

                      Indeed, however it looks like a possible SJ.

                      But again, Default Notice and s78, not to mention the NOA.

                      You have to laugh at the claimants solicitor arguing over £17, when he has to explain to his client that he lost.

                      The judge would have been wrong allowing deminimis on the DN though: Amex v Barandon appeal and Harrison v Link.
