      What is the significance of Bailii? Is being on there a good thing or a bad thing

          . . . . because lawyers use it to look up case law before going to court I presume

                      Indeed, however it looks like a possible SJ.

                      But again, Default Notice and s78, not to mention the NOA.

                      You have to laugh at the claimants solicitor arguing over 17, when he has to explain to his client that he lost.

                      The judge would have been wrong allowing deminimis on the DN though: Amex v Barandon appeal and Harrison v Link.
