The results vary from case-to-case, however so as not to alienate key information we're going to list all recent case judgments that are relevant to what we do on the forum. If something is missing, we'll update it in due course when a final revision is announced or the details appear online elsewhere. This section of the forum is open and accessible to all so don't post anything personally identifiable.

This section is where you can upload your Default Notice (s.86/87/88 CCA1974) - obviously you must first ensure that anything personally identifiable is obscured / blanked out because this section of the forum is publicly accessible to members and guests. The section exists so that you can see other similar DN's issued by various creditors and DCA's, or simply to upload yours to help others that may require a copy of a specific DN.
