Di made a comment on email and said Jo (solicitor) was late getting involved (due to the timing of Chole joining AAD etc) so maybe Chole can get their research costs for the period prior to appointing Jo? As I say it's not something I'm as clued up about as you but if Chole did XX hours research prior to getting a solicitor then I don't see why they can't ask...?
