    I haven't been in court or seen any kind of paperwork other than documents issued directly in relation to the two recent cases where I was represented by JCS.

    I won't post again on this thread as I seem to have inadvertently irritated other AAD members which I did not intend.

    Thanks everyone for your input which I appreciate. I've now received a Letter of Claim from DF relating to the account I mentioned in the post from 28th October and will ask JCS to represent me once again. I won't be replying to the Letter of Claim in any way.

      As Zeppelin has said, he has never had to see the inside of a court because both the claims issued against him were discontinued by the Claimant after my firm was instructed.

        point made not to mention I will get J.C. on to this case if you do persist! also stating evidence produced in court of entries on these sites have in the past been used HSBC solicitor was one, the reaction in court was negative against defendant.

        Always ask permission from solicitor if their name is to be used - (we do not abuse our advisors/solicitor in that way. we try and act professional or we will be taken as a joke by these companies!)!

          I tend to think that solicitors and their clients don’t see the funny side once Joanna Connolly Solicitors get involved
