  • Joanna Connolly Solicitors

I wanted to post a review that highlights my thanks to and appreciation of Joanna Connolly Solicitors (JCS) who successfully represented me in a recent case that Drydens Fairfax took to court relating to an old Capital One account. The claim was Dismissed which I believe also means the account can't be pursuded further.

I'd urge all AAD+ members to sign-up for access to legal advice as the knowledge, service and professionalism provided by all at JCS is superb.

Yes my own experience! I and my family are deeply grateful for a Titanic battle won on our behalf!
I believe that all of my Debts are now Statute Barred. Which is down to AAD , JCS and Niddy plus the MODS.

That's exactly what it means. It's the end of the matter forever.

It's always satisfying when a Claimant consents to their claim being dismissed - a combination of tacit admission that the claim was doomed to failure, with a touch of humiliation

Is there still a problem with the website as this is the only thread I can see properly?

                    Hello Ballister

Everything should be back to normal soon.

There have been serious maintenance problems which I'm told were triggered by a third party. Niddy is working round the clock to fix this.

If you or anyone else need help with a debt or legal issue you can contact me direct using di@joannaconnollysolicitors.co.uk or calling my direct line which is in my signature below.

Or you can send me a PM.

                    I'm still here

A little bit late to the party as ever, But based upon my own experiences I cannot reccomend Joanna Connolly Solicitors and her team enough for the support, advice and excellent work that they carried out on my behalf with a few of those creditors who wanted to pursue things to court

They discontinued once they realised that the game was up and Jo was on the case - Gives you a warm fluffy feeling inside doesn't it ..........

I must also recognise all the help given so freely and warmly by the extended AAD family - From Niddy to the Mods and various members who posted up with their own experiences and support - It wont be forgotten. A massive thankyou to you all

It's never too late to party when you've successfully defeated a debt purchaser.

We were happy to help you achieve that 'warm fluffy feeling' you speak of
