    You would send the Advanced SAR in order to obtain all information that an organisation holds about you (the data subject). You must remember to send the £10 fee so if you have a joint account then make the template into a joint version with both names and both signatures and you'll still only need one £10 fee. Ideally send it Recorded Delivery or at the very least obtain Proof of Postage.
