So I claimed Tax Criedts when my son was first born and supposivly the first year they told me I had an overpayment of 247.00 therefore I told them I don't want anymore payments from them

The insolvency service are without computers till approx the 25th October due to upgrades etc

So ive been trying to get a hold of the tax credit office for weeks... this includes ringing from 8am until 8pm going through the FRICKIN menu and then being told they are too busy... meanwhile if we don't report changes or call them with regards to renewals we owe them!!
