Take a look here:-

for a start but just put something like CISS in your search engine (UK only) and have a run through. And then search for inkjet bulk ink supplies. Prices seem to have risen a bit and it looks as though inkjet direct are only doing Epson systems at the moment. There were a load like Impact Computers, Advanced Inkjet Systems being just two that supplied both inks and systems.

Found a cheapish blank cartridge (clear) guy on ebay that I made need to invest in at some point...

Don't know about that scottish site....I know £11 for 250ml is very cheap but that's liable to last me (semi moderate home printer) an awful long time LOL

Universal over specialist is the question for home printing and some photos but not on photo paper and really just for card making
