Yes, but it has recovery disc. Looks good to me, only problem is it is windows 8 and not win 8 pro. lacking some of the features. Will update foc through windows store to 8.1
However I love the way windows 8.1 works and would NOT downgrade to 7. For that price I would get it!Comment
