My Samsung laptop R519 is buggered. To start with it wouldn't open excel workbooks so i did a restore. Then it starts and gives me the blue screen
. I have tried F8 and done a memory check and that seems ok no i am doing a startup repair but it is taking for hours. I would be quite happy to get back to factory settings and i have a backup on an external hard drive.
