Had a call from Welsh Water and the guy is coming out next week.
Hubby explained the situation of our front garden always flood out as the public drainage sewer does not prevent it from flooding our property ground out.
We had rain this morning and and the sunshine was out lovely this afternoon, I was brushing away the pond in my garden onto my stones, still puddles, despite everywhere else dry, the public footpath somehow tilts into ours :-/
We shall see.
I know its not much of a reduction but its the principal of it. (I understand they have all stopped the backdating too) but I think its still something to raise with them about the floods of water each time it rains.
