In 2005 - before the billing code was introduced - they tried to convince me that they could "back bill" for electricity used seven years previously!

From experience, right hand and left hand have not idea what they are doing, and BG stands for Bloody Good at scheming. I have been shafted professionally by their Centrica arm and found so many skeletons.

They don't really understand the idea of DPA as the boys in charge of their accounts and legal deps are too arrogant (as they supply the whole world and manage £B99999999999 a day) to bother reading the words. They skim everything and assume what it says. Customer are left to an untrained help desk operative using the workflow system.

It has been confirmed! The "keys team" have agreed to remove ALL late payment markers and defaults - they are going to leave everything green/good apparently!!! I said I wanted everything removed, and they said dont worry, we will make it right.

Should be done by tomorrow apparently

Gas account has already been cleared and payment history updated to show all green.
