      Re: Shopping saga

This happened last Summer as my wife and I returned from a lovely cliff walk along the sea. As we walked back along the last bit of beach two young women (19 or 20ish) walked down the track with their dog loose.

An old lady and man were sitting on the beach, and the old lady turned to the young women and really let rip, shouting at them to put their dog on a lead and how it hould not be allowed off.

As I passed the girls, I quietly turned to one and said, "Ignore that old bag, she's just being a miserable cow!"

"Excuse me, " replied the girl, "but that's my Grandmother!"

Oops - still think she was a miserable cow though!
