My friend's father died recently, my friend is named as executor & has been recommended to use ITC.
Reason for post? - I did some Googling for him, & came across some posts re ITC on another forum from someone called Never-In-Doubt (2009)
So, just wondered if there was any up to date info or advice.
Btw, for the most part the execution of the will is pretty straight forward (just the house & a bit of money).
