Obviously you work in the field so I will bow to your greater knowledge. But I think I did say that for me the book alone wasn't enough. I had a 14 week course and even that, by the therapists own admission only got me started on the journey.
My only reason for posting was to try and help confused.
The hardest part I found was recogbising the reasons for why i am who I am, because it means identifying aspects of my life that caused it, which meant admitting that there was, if not blame then at least a contribution made by people I love
