    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.       Can someone "more in the know" than me check this? Had my WTC renewal yesterday. My award is 5573.55 for the year, but with a reduction due to my income of £879.04 (net £4694.51) - my income for last year was £8564.

      To me, and looking at the calc tables online, the reduction doesnt seem correct?

        Don't really know Oscar. But when we were involved the last year there seemed to be no rhyme or reason to the calculation. In fact we never got to the exact figure which ever way we went at it. The only factor that we could estimate is that they work actually a year behind.
