Re: PDL Diary
Well hope somebody sees this post, didn't seem right to start a new topic..
So two of my PDLs have gone to DCA now, i now have the DCAs Motormile and Onecollect sending my idle threatening emails (they no longer have a correct number for me thankfully).
Both DCAs are threatening doorstep visits and attachment of earnings, bailiffs etc. dont worry i am not worried, i know its idle scare-mongering.
I have sent the "doorstep visit" template to them both, assume that was a good move?
So my question now, is i seen many posts by Niddy and others about PDLs, suggesting ignore the PDL company and wait for it to be sold to a DCA, so know i am dealing with two DCAs whats the best approach? Is there were i learn about unenforceability etc?
On a side note Barclays still Fuc*****g up and STILL paying out on CPAs on an old account but i say more on my old Barclays topic.
So advice on these two DCAs please ?
