    Wonga sent me two letters because I have not paid. They are the least of my worry now, it just that I have got two letters from them dated the same day with different amounts, do they charge by the hour now !

    Have you changed banks or instructed yours to stop and recurring payment that may be set-up?

    If not, do it! But yea, probably what has happened is you were sent a reminder then they sent the chaser with the added charges at close of business as you'd not be able to settle in time, before the next charge (rollover/late) was added.

    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

      Yes I have opened a new account when I was thinking of bankruptcy. The thing is the letters are dated a week after my missed payment both with different amounts same date!
