Hi, Just playing devils advocate here but if LTSB were to pay wonga and put Glenny into an unauthorised overdraft situation and Glenny had money in the new Halifax account could LTSB take payment out of Halifax account since Halifax is owned by Lloyds Banking Group?

no i enquired about this even though they are under same parent group they & share it systems it doesnt give them that right

although this was when the merger happened so could be out of date info
