TRAVEL INSURANCE COMPANIES

Sent an E-Mail to Annual Travel insurance co asking for date of renewal due for O.H. ? sent 3 in all to start with, acknowledge received of 3 received and will action = eventually got a reply could you send the request from the Registered E-Mail address:- O.K. did.

Got a reply to-day giving the information required to the E-Mail address that is not registered with them & and is the one they responded with their request to contact thru the Registered E-Mail address.

The Mind Boggles - hope their claims department are more educated.
