Re: TTC v Very
Letter to-day arrived from Impact/Vanquis =
We have been unable to contact you by phone regarding your Vanquis Visa Card account.
Pls contact us at the earliest conveniance on 0871 770 3048.
collections Manager.
Below which:-
This address has been identified using third party information for tracing purposes. If you have recently moved to this address and do not hold a Vanquis Card, please accept our apologies for contacting you.
iF they read e-mails for contact and not just a non descript automated reply over the months then they would of possibly been getting what I proposed, instead of ignoring me. default almost out of time = stop ineterest etc? maybe.
Note:- If I do not hold a Vanquis Card - I do Not as I ripped it up and sent it back to them after they tried to increase interest rates.
Advocating that it is assumed that people have authority to open others persons mail????Last edited by The Tech Clerk; 8 April 2013, 07:15.

Originally posted by The Tech Clerk View PostWell seeing as they are ignoring e-mails then as they have issued the so called Default notice, then once that has kicked in , no more interest but charges on my spreadsheet will increase intime i.e. interest.
Default Notice actual date very small print on base of notice 13/03/14.:-
so called issued 14/03/2012 acording to letter in the same envelope,
22/03/2013 Default notice arrived. (Served).?????????????
02/04/2013 date to rectify by! ?
01/04/2013 Being Bank Holiday Monday.
Calendar for year 2013 (United Kingdom)
i.e. 14 days + for posting (2 business days - 1st class and 4 business days - 2nd/uk class mail) Business days are Mon - Fri, Excluding Bank Holidays.
so called letter attached date 14/03/2013 + 4 business days = 20/03/2013 (Note arrived 22/03/2013).
Then say from 20/03/2013 14 business days = 09/04/2013.
but from actual service date i.e. 22/03/2013 14 business days = 11/03/2013.
