  • Hitachi Capital CIFAS marker -please help

    hi,

ive had a cifas marker placed against me via Hitachi capital invoice finance
Ive read lots of info on the net but im after some further help.
i have got the DSAR from Cifas and a ropey final response from hitachi (stating in their opinion!!). Hitachi seem to be reluctant to show me any investigation they have done or followed the correct loading process

Any help greatly appreciated to get the ball rolling.

i will keep this first post vague to ensure we move to correct area of the site, thanku

    Hello

Have you ever had an account with Hitachi or does this CIFAS marker relate to an application you may have made?

Have you over-inflated your anticipated invoices? The thing is, banks are being really strict at the moment and really aren't letting people away with anything.

Example, loads of CIFAS entries are being recorded against people who may now declare a different turnover when applying for a BBL than they did at account opening. They're being hit with a cifas using status 6 - account fraud (lasts 6 years)!

          Nightmare.

If you find yourself with a CIFAS marker, send me an email once you've signed up to the forum and spell it out. Don't lie to me - be honest & upfront (no matter how ridiculous it may appear) and I'll be able to help you fight it.

Don't ever just let a lender cripple your credit worthiness for 6 years. It's unacceptable.

hi no its wasnt over inflating invoices for the BBL, it was submitting invoices to them but then my client didn't agree with the amounts so they refused to pay the whole amounts.
