    Re: SXGuy's UE Diary

Another letter from Westcot, confirming their client complied with the CCA Request last july, cant see any dispute, contact them within 14 days with a valid dispute or collections will continue.

So will reply to them next week with refusual to accept UE status, unless anyone else tells me to send something else.

Apex have sent yet another illegable copy of my CCA from Lloyds. This time they have kindly wrote, "best copy" at the top LOL, enclosed prescribed terms, no T's and C's from any point.

Will reply to them next week also, wondering whether to send missing PT's or send illegable copy received, not sure.

There letter just says, please find enclosed documents requested, they dont even attempt to tell me the CCA Request was satisfied or ask for payment.

M&S wrote to me today, quite honoured, loads of drivvel about the CCA being a genuine true copy, is enforceable, and will continue collection activities.

I know this already, but ill have a bit more fun with the DCA for a while first, so ignored and filed away waiting on DCA letter.
Usual dribble from Wescot, we had one to-day from them on hold, but you can ring and pay us = yeah right, the daughter had the same letter December it is a template response as word for word.

To be honest, mint will more than likely send them the same agreement, that the others and them have sent in the past.

Every DCA has sent the same copy, its had 3 now i think.

So ill expect to receive it, but im hoping that like the others before, they will still just go quiet and give up after missing PT's

No doubt ill get yet another copy of the junk the previous DCA's have sent me.

So will get the missing PT's ready.

Hopefully they'll find nothing and Apex will have to hand the account back or send you toothless letters appealing that you still have a duty to pay.

Im actually quite sad about this one, M&S have been the most reasonable, and kind firm ive encountered over the years, even when my mother had to reduce payments, they were more than happy to help her, just a shame that it has to be done.
same here, then all of a sudden they started acting silly, agreeing to a reduced payment and then sending me letters saying they hadden't heard off me and to pay up or else, then suddenly passing both accounts to a DCA so started to play silly bugger myself, both are enforcable so will have to pay something soon i suppose, but for the meantime they can wait

    Re: SXGuy's UE Diary

    Another update.

Rockwell RE M&S (EN) have replied to my credtitor refusal to accept UE status.

They enclose another application form and terms and conditions from account inception, same as the rest. They said that they have supplied agreement to comply with the request.

They said they do not intend to commence litigation proceedings at all, and would prefer to come to an arrangement to pay amicably.

They have placed the account on hold for 30 days so i can decide how i wish to proceed with payment, or they may consider returning to the OC for further instructions.

So this is the 3rd or 4th DCA with this one, Green and Co dropped it last.

Take their letter how you will, it could either mean they do not have the power to commence legal proceedings, or they will just pass back to OC after 30 days.

I think im gonna let the 30 days pass and see what happens next.
