    I would say that it was quite obvious - they succeeded in demonstrating that they really do not have a clue about how the Law of Property Act 1925 operates.

    But do they know that producing a "twue copy" of the agreement is their responsibility? Their daft letter suggests they'll request it from the Mafia Bank of North America, who may or may not cobble something together which looks credible.

    I have not heard anything from any of the creditors, mine or hubby's.

    Just hope they stay that way for another 5yrs

    Yep! Lets hope so. I have MBNA Virgin which Niddy says enforceable. I have sent the "account sold whilst in dispute" template also, so I am that they'll send the same letter.

    10/3/11 Send letter as Niddy adviced - Threat by Lender/D.C.A - To Commence Litigation
    5/5/11 Received LITIGATION WARNING letter from midas creditservices whom is part of Moorcroft. Uploading for Niddy to advise
    9/5 sent Threat by Lender/D.C.A - To commence litigation as advised by Niddy
    19/8 received ligitigation warning from midascreditservices
    2/9 sent enough is enough template to midascreditservices
    9/9 received letter from moorcroft saying," unfortunately moorcroft is no longer responsible for collection activity on this account."
    14/9 received notice of debt collection letter from westcot, it says," please contact us as soon as possible as failure to do so will result in further recovery action"
    12/10/11 received" an offer to reduce the amount payable on your debt" letter from nelson guest & partners solicitors, see post #324. Advised to ignore
    Received FINAL NOTICE letter from Wescot dated 23/12/11.


    Received letter from wescot saying:

    "A door step collector being instructed to visit your property to collect payment or Either us or our client taking Legal action against you through the courts.If legal proceedings are issued and a judgement or a Decree is obtained against you, court fees and legal costs could increase the amount you owe."

    I am trying to find the "DCA threats and no doorstep call" template, not having much luck. Can someone point me to the right direction please? A very grateful bobo x
