Re: Roomtobreathe's UE Diary - Halifax CC
Not sure if I had ppi with them. What's the best way to find out?
Unfair charges? I'll look through the last lot of statements and communication with them to see what they have decided to add.
Thanks

Re: Roomtobreathe's UE Diary - Halifax CC
iQor have now responded by saying that the Halifax have already sent the agreement in September and they expect to hear from me re repayment proposals.
Any suggestions?

Personally, I would send it to gpb solicitors as they are the ones making the threat...or, if you want to be doubly safe, send it to both.

MrsD, would that letter be to iqor or gpb solicitors?
GPB do say don't get in touch with us but contact iqor.
Thanks

Methinks I've missed In2Deep's last instructions!
Anyways, latest is as below:
9th October 2012 - Letter from Halifax, iQor now been instructed.
16th October 2012 - letter from iqor, payup.
2nd November 2012 - credit card statement from Halifax!!!???
16th November 2012 - letter from gpb solicitors, pay iqor or legal action will be commenced.
What should be the next course of action?
Thanks!

Anyways, where now with this 'enforcable' debt?
