    Same happened with my Barclaycard after FOS got involved, even removed from my credit file. Makes me wonder how many UE Barclaycard accounts are out there!

      Hello to my UE twin When we sent of the CCA requests 6 years seemed so far away but here it is!

      That's good news re the Barclaycard

      As I'd been making token payments on some of my cards before I sent off the CCA requests I received some of the DNs very early. I made a table detailing the debts, date of last full payment, date of last token payment, date of DN, date of CRA default and date of last contact. When a debt becomes SB because of missed payment I highlight it and when it's SB on both payment date and DN I highlight it in a different colour. It's very satisfying to see the page becoming more colourful!

          That's great news; I know that my barclaycard loan is UE as I have kept all the original documents . They haven't bothered me for a few years And I haven't been bothering them

              barclaycard have addmitted my loan is SB as they can't even find ANY paperwork on it,
