    Thanks alland - as you say it seems we are in a similar position.
    I too would like to double check the previously deemed UE paperwork , as if it turns out I am on a sticky wicket , it might be time to start trying to do a deal , as I have two accounts with them both of which are at a similar stage with the same paperwork.

      If you've got old CCA's then send a new request - that's the best bet if you're in years 4/5 or 6 since the last request

          Sorry SnV been away for too long......very quite tbh.
          only one chasing at the moment are Arrow re my MBNA accounts......I have received today , after a long wait & in response to a Sold in dispute letter , a copy of the original signed application form and some terms and conditions etc.
          It is the same info as supplied by others previously , so I will look back through my files and send the same response.

          I haven't forgotten you guys or the fact that this place saved me & my family.....for which I am eternally grateful.

                    Evening boss.
                    Checked my files and I can confirm that the copy of the signed application form and terms and conditions (most recent by their admission ) were the same as were sent to me in response to my original CCA request when I started on this journey back in June 2010....almost 5 years ago!
                    I am pretty sure that you will have seen this at the time , but can't confirm as the early part of my blog was lost a while ago.
                    I can send you another copy if you want me to.......but I guess as I have got this far on the responses issued to date , I continue along the same line.
