    Re: dajomel UE Diary

Over a month since the letter telling me I owe money and I have heard nothing else. Still sitting tight as you suggested and waiting for the next move by the leeches!
    Many thanks,

    Dave

Help and guidance always appreciated and never taken for granted.

10/03/2011: received letter from Transcom saying I owe them monthly payments of £390.01 starting immediately.

So, can anyone see a trend yet? Bear in mind that the last three letters are all identical and all say:

'Our client reserves thee right to take whatever steps it deems necessary to secure its interest, and these may include legal proceedings.'

Two points. Firstly, you'd think that if legal proceedings was an option they would have invoked them by now!!! Second, shouldn't it be 'it's interest' and having an 'and' after a comma I was led to believe was bad English!! Yep, I'm bored and getting picky!!! LOL

I'm guessing that 'whatever steps it deems necessary' includes boring me to submission by sending the same letter over and over again!!

Will update you next month when I receive the next letter!!
                Many thanks,

                Dave

                    Hi all,

Hope everyone is enjoying the early Summer we're experiencing!!! Remember Suncream though folks

Anyway, I am just reminding you all that I'll no doubt be receiving a letter from my good friends at Transcom shortly. Taking bets (Seeing as it's a betting weekend) that it'll be identical to the previous three letters apart from the date!!!

                    Odds are: 1/1000

Given that we're all in financial problems I doubt anyone here has £1000 to risk for a profit of £1!!!

Anyway, I'll update you all as soon as it arrives!!

                    Dave
                    Many thanks,

                    Dave

OK so I never got the expected letter in April

It's now going to be interesting to see what May brings me. Could it be another 'silent' month, more of the same or something new? The anticipation is ALMOST exciting LOL

                            I'll keep you all updated!!!

OK, I'm getting kind of bored now. 3 months on since the last threatening letter and I am still yet to hear any more.

Have they all died in a freak yachting accident? Abducted by Aliens? Got bored with chasing me? Realised they don't havea legal leg to stand on?

Who know??? All I know is no news is goods news in this case ..... isn't it? LOL
                                Many thanks,
