OK, the weirdness continues. It's now been at least 2 weeks since the companies would normally get their payment and I have heard nothing at all from any of them. Given how quick, in the past, they have been on my case I am totally confused as to what they are up to this time round!!!

relax, they'll be mooching around in the basement looking for your bits of paper, which hopefully they won't find. We're nearly 3 months in and some haven't made contact, no news is good news.

OK I am bored and a little upset. Cancelled my standing orders about 6 weeks ago now and not heard a peep out of any of the companies, not even Paragon!!! I feel unwanted now!!! 2

I will continue with the mantra of 'no news is good news'.

Arrow Global contacted me today sending copies of the original agreement as well as T&C's and a breakdown of all payments including the HUGE interest they're currently charging. They also say that all dealings are to go through CBS Transcom who are operating on Arrow Globals half who in turn were assigned the debt by Paragon.

Any advice???

Is this a personal loan? Is it secured or unsecured? Put simply, it is unenforceable but before acting any further I need some clarity......

In answer to your questions, it was/is an unsecured personal loan.

An additional point, in all the time I've been paying reduced amounts they have refused to freeze interest and have charge between £210 and £280 a month!!!

Its unenforceable so it doesn't matter what they add on in charges - does it?

Can you please resend me the agreement as i've seen 50 other diaries since I last posted and cannot remember why I said it was UE (sorry!) 2
