Hi there,

MHA mention that if I meet the minimum monthly payment I will avoid legal action and not be charged further costs by their Client (LTSB).
So do you think it warrants the threat-ogram letter already? They have already been sent the Account sold whilst in dispute letter.

Just wanted to pop in and say Hi and let you know I'm still around. Things are spookily quiet? Don't want to jinx it though!
Have been browsing around your site and have to say that You have put in such a stonking amount of hard work Nid & co. It just keeps growing and growing...... Do you still work as well??? And have a life?????
It's fabulous and so detailed yet easy to follow. Also like the restrictions you have put in place too.

Thanks for letting me know what to reply with to Rockwell. I'll get that typed up today.
The M&S agreement was unenforceable as it was an application form with no prescribed terms on the signatory page nor were they linked to, on the signatory page.

Ah it's good to be posting again, I've missed it. Will start to say NO! more often to peoples expectations of me! so I can find the time to dabble in the chat rooms again like the previous 2 homes I've left my mark on!
Trouble is I keep getting lost on here as there is soooooooo much to read and can't decide which chat I should be on! Newbies or Oldies!

Down to business now. Today Wescot DCA have sent a letter on behalf of LTSB to collect the outstanding balance and have asked that I either pay in FULL or contact them. (This is UE )
As it is the first request from them I would think I send the "Account sold whilst in dispute" letter. Oops! I'm guessing I can still get access to the template letters after you have put the tighter controls on? If not do I just need to post some more to get more brownie points? ;D

Just tried to go onto the template letters and it's only your first post that's showing so I'm guessing I'm not worthy!! :cry
I've still got my previous letters that I've written to other DCA's so unless you've changed the templates I can always copy them?
There's no great urgency so I'll give it a day or two and try and get my postings up.

Down to business now. Today Wescot DCA have sent a letter on behalf of LTSB to collect the outstanding balance and have asked that I either pay in FULL or contact them. (This is UE )

Just to update with what's been happening during this festive season:-

Rockwell for Marks and Spencers have acknowledged my claim and are seeking further information from their client. So I will leave it as it is for now.

Wescot for LTSB have sent a doorstep threat so I will respond with our Doorstep threat letter.

Happy New Year Everyone! Here's to a year when we all can find some peace and contentment in whatever we strive for. Never give up on your dreams.

Feeling a bit low just now after Christmas and New Year as one of our friends passed away and it's just so sad.
All these money worries just don't compare and I need to motivate myself as hubbys business is on a shaky peg too which will have a huge impact on us and he's hopeless with paperwork.

Need to take a deep breath and get on with it.
