Here we go again...

Triton (NatWest inhouse DCA) were being a real PITA but the telephone harassment reminder seems to have done the trick. So instead they've appointed a solicitor (again in house), Green & Co. Received a letter from them today.

I guess this is going to keep going round in circles isn't it! "Account sold whilst in dispute" letter going off to them first thing tomorrow. Wonder who they'll appoint next?

I guess this is going to keep going round in circles isn't it! "Account sold whilst in dispute" letter going off to them first thing tomorrow. Wonder who they'll appoint next?

I know it is a pain mate, after about a year they then stop sending and selling the account as it will sit in dormant status until someone can be bothered to start chasing you again...... just persevere for now.

Oh well! A year I can cope with (thought it would be more).

Another letter from NatWest basically saying that I complained about their inhouse DCA Triton but they don't uphold my complaint and if I dont start paying up my telephone number may be "reapplied" (oh no it won't mateys).

Hillesden Securities have written yet another (must be fourth) letter to tell me MBNA are looking for documentation... how kind of them to let me know. I'm still hoping it will never turn up.. I sent my CCA request in July ;Sh

LOL, maybe they should stop sending update letters and instead reduce the debt each week by £1 ;LOL ;LOL ;LOL

Maybe there should be some sort of system whereby for every week past the 12+2 the debt automatically reduces by 10%.

Oh well it was worth a thought.... ;-y

Cheers Niddy they have been truly awful so I look forward to them (time for another suitable smilie :bert) selling it on.

Actually we're being a bit unkind to the Muppets. Some of them had at least one brain cell. To compare them to DCAs is a little unfair.

Oh by the way, Green & Co suggested I call Triton and gave me their phone number. Let me think about that for a moment.....
