Bit quiet on the post front recently. Two today:

Co-Op (have never provided CCA, card taken out over 20 yrs ago). Nothing for ages and now letter from Westcott telling me to pay up or they'll recommend to their client to commence litigation. Account sold letter on its way.

RMA - re NatWest (Niddy pronounced UE). I think it's crossed with my Account Sold letter to them so I'm ignoring it.

Well there was me thinking there'd be no more post until the New Year... but I think I can safely ignore these.

Cap One: Fredricksons (I sent them Account sold in Dispute letter) are saying that their client confirms they responded to my request for documents (what they sent Niddy confirmed as UE)... and that if I'm still disputing the account I should contact Cap One...


NatPest (UE): NCO write saying that RMA is unaware of any ongoing dispute with their client.
They ask me to provide them with details of their client's alleged failure to repond to my request...
Alternatively I should their client directly...
And they advise that this account has been placed on hold... no further communiation written or telephone based will be made until satisfaction is reached...

Meanwhile Westcott (Co-Op, UE) continue to ring several times a day, I didn't get a letter off to them yesterday but given the Christmas post I don't suppose it matters and I'll continue to ignore their calls.

I think that's a bit of a result?and I presume no need to reply.

Nowt much to report.
Another letter yesterday from Hillesdens (who bought my MBNA debt). I CCAd back in July and Hillesdens write to me every few weeks or so saying they're still chasing the documentation I've asked for.... so far I have been sent nothing at all.

I sincerely hope it never gets found

Yea, I get New year off so will get 2 days off at the end of the month - unless something major happens at work that cancels my plans!

Nowt much to report.
Another letter yesterday from Hillesdens (who bought my MBNA debt). I CCAd back in July and Hillesdens write to me every few weeks or so saying they're still chasing the documentation I've asked for.... so far I have been sent nothing at all.

Arrgh. RMA (re Cap One, UE) have written AGAIN. (And they didn't enclose a Christmas card).

I presume that either they can't read (I sent them account sold in dispute) or they're stupid - also the left arm doesn't know what the right arm is doing - I only had a letter from NCO a couple of days ago - which was in response to my Account Sold letter to RMA...
Muppets or as Mrs D would say, Bampots. I'm ignoring them!

Right, finally catching up with letters and sending off today:

Westcott - Account Sold letter (CoOp, UE, no response to CCA Request in July - obviously passing it round the DCAs for them each to have a go).

Fredericksons - Cap One (UE) - Refusal by DCA to accept UE (Cap One themselves have previously had this letter).

I will update my diaries properly later, been a bit lax about this recently!
