I think I shoudl be celebrating - I realise that this month all of my defaults are at least a year old. So only 5 more years to go

I MUST get hubby to sort his out. His are fewer, and for less, but he's still paying token amounts. Arrgh. I suspect some will be enforceable but I'm sure some will be UE. I'm going to make him register here this evening and get on with it...

My fault - I've been hogging the computer. He says he'll register tomorrow evening. He's been and got his info from Equifax and is ready to go....

Well NatPest aren't going away. Greens closed their file, Try-it-on appear to have given up and now RMA is on the case. Account sold while in dispute letter on its way to them today. Wonder who'll be next? dy

Had enough of Fredricksons' phone calls. I hadn't heard a dicky bird from them since I sent CCA request off in June, should have known they wouldn't forget me completely!

Sending today Acount Sold in Dispute letter incorporating the telephone harrassment letter too. :kermit :kermit :kermit

Fredricksons (Capital One - UE) have finally stopped phone calls and have written saying account is on hold for 2 weeks so I can contact Capital One. Yerright!

I wonder what they'll try next. More phone calls i guess dy

Well RMA have obviously ignored my letter, another letter from them demanding payment in 48 hours (from when, I ask!). Oooh they are saying that my failure to contact them within 48 hours "may result in our strongest recommendation to our client". I'd suggest their strongest recommendation would be to close the file... but I dream on...! nah
