    Today another letter from Connaught offering me various discounts to pay within certain timescales............Ignoring again

    14.7.11 Letter from Connaught offering to pay 70% if I pay 30% within 1 month, then smaller discounts for payments later in the year.

    Yet again ignoring

      Connaught, is as you know just a trading style of 1st credit.
      The letter (sent out like confetti) is just another strategy to get you to set up a regular payment

        Yep, just ignore - 30% of an UE debt is still throwing good dollar away no?

            Erm, is this the wrong time to point out that you can change the number of posts that you see per page in your user control panel? If you change the number of posts you will change the number of pages they cover and thus will not be on page 13

                    Letter from Wescot stating they are investigating, collections suspended whilst under investigation. Will need to contact their client which may take some weeks.

                    today rec'd this

                    29.7.11 Letter from Sanntander refering me to their letters I rec’d 2.8.10 & 5.11.10 which they have enclosed along with a copy of the signed credit agreement I refer to.

                    They state “As before, my letter confirmed that as your credit agreement is a regulated agreement for the purposes of the consumer credit legislation, it is our belief that we have fully complied with all elements of the consumer credit act and the agreement remains fully enforceable against you. As explained to you in November, we have no further comment to make in this matter and you have exhausted Santanders internal complaints process.

                    Encl:-copy of letters, copy of signed credit agreement, copy statement of account.”

                    Debtors final response CCA rec;d letter was sent in response to the 2.8.10 letter and 5.11.10 letter was ignored.

                        I assume the Santander account is your Asda credit card?

                        Niddy has said this is UE so I'd just ignore this latest letter.
