  • Re: fedupwiththeworry's UE Diary

This is re MBNA/1st Credit and Connaught who have been rather pro-active in chasing the money so far, not agreeing (of course) that it is UE.

    Anyhow latest from them :-

23.4.11 Letter from Connaught offering me various discounts for payments made within certain timescales as and I quote “in times of economic hardship and through maintaining your repayment plan, you have proven to be a valued customer” unquote.

At least they have given me a laugh now - Ignoring

Today another letter from Connaught offering me various discounts to pay within certain timescales............Ignoring again

Cahoot flexible loan details below of the last correspondance

9.3.11 New letter from Wescot today enclosing a copy of the agreement which is the same as the one's prev sent to Niddy except for the fact that it's been printed onto Santander paper so has their logo on it this time. They state that payment is now required and give the different ways available to pay and state that in certain circumstances they can agree a monthly instalment plan.

                Assume I ignore ?

In the circumstances they believe the dispute has been resolved and the full balance or an agreed monthly installment is req by return. You can pay by blah blah.
If in the event you believe you still have a valid dispute, please contact us with the details within the next 14 days otherwise you’re a/c will be returned to their recovery team for collection.
