ive sent you an email,hope you get it and when you have time ,give it the once over please.
they keep on ,in the letter,going on about regulation no. this then reg.no. that and then onto "Carey v HSBC" ,are these ramblings because they havent a clue or do they actually mean anything ,and do i need to respond with anything apart from -have a merry xmas

Yea they always hide behind the judgment of Waksman (Carey) - don't worry about it, it is their final response - no reply necessary

sent you an email with something to look at from calders
if barclaycard say they dont consider the account in dispute,should i ignore that and respond with the appropriate response i.e- acc sold while in dispute
i would imagine that mercers have got the boot and now its someone elses turn (calders)
all the threats on that letter are preceded with the the word that these COULD happen,so i take that to mean they wont do any of those

letter dated 14 jan 11
i sent off my last letter to b/card the"final response" one
got another one of those letters where they quote the Waksman( carey) case again ,and they class the account as enforcable "yawn"
am i right -as in the quote -no reply, file away
