well its all gone very quiet here,barclaycard said they wouldnt be sending any more monthly statements ,which they havent done this month, nor have they told me who they sold my debt onto
oh well silence is golden i suppose

when you have time can you have a look at a letter that i emailed you
ive never heard of this company MKDP LLP
or the agent that they say i should talk to MKRR
theyre based in milton keynes and say they are a member of the CSA,but i checked and couldnt find them
so if b/card have assigned and transferred my account ,does that warrant an `account sold in dispute` letter
hope you had a good holiday

yes, thats them, its the same registered address on the letter they sent me,
with all the care and compassion for my difficulty in paying ,what a caring company, rofl (have to get those smilies on)
no chance of them getting nothing, except an appropriate response or maybe not

Just ignore them for now - if you emailed me i'd have replied to the email or on here so maybe I never received it, or maybe you never identified yourself in which case i'd have replied and deleted it saying "tell me your username"....

However, you can ignore it as it's their first contact.

Maybe you never told me your username in which case I delete emails otherwise i'd spend hours finding the recipient.....

I will check and confirm if received later, if however no username (alanstuart) there then i'll have already wiped it

just an update,recieved a letter of MKRR collections (email sent if you want to look)asking me to come to some kind of payment plan
do you think they are aware that these accounts are in dispute with barclays as being unenforceable ,or are they daft enough to think im going to arrange any payment plans with me knowing its in dispute
is this letter off them enough for me to send them `acc sold while in dispute`or should i wait and see what happens when i dont respond to this letter
