              Hello Nid,

              After receiving that reply to my LBA letter that I uploaded yesterday I recieved another 2 letters,both dated the same day (23/1/16)

              I cant get the second letter to upload ,so I'll just give you the gist.
              They acknowledge my letter and will take no further action for 30 days,
              they want me to have proposals for payment or they'll commence collections again and MAY instruct Howard Cohen to issue proceedings,there's me thinking thats why I issued the LBA letter just over 2 weeks ago.

              I'll second guess that you'll tell me to ignore the 2 letters i got today and possibly the one I got yesterday.

                    I'd not respond. Really, you've made your position crystal clear. So what else can you say that you've not already told them?

                    Personally, I'd not be replying.
                    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

                        Hi Nid

                        Just to let you know that I have sent you an email to let you see the letter I received regarding my barclaycard.
                        I have today received court papers from northampton courts service and am concerned as to what to do now,looks like Cohen solicitors have gone through with the legal action like they said.
                        I dont want to panic but why have they waited until just over a month to go for statute barred.

                          Sorry to hear that you have received court papers, but try not to worry as we now have a brilliant solicitor and a very efficient way of dealing with this. You need to send a copy of the N1 plus any CCA that you have been sent to Niddy, plus start a new thread here http://forums.all-about-debt.co.uk/f...Legal-Services
