I received some follow up letters from Barclaycard today for 2 of my accounts, basically they are just follow up letters to their final response saying that they've got nothing more to add and that they are under no obligation to provide me with anymore documents or information other than their crappy terms and conditions.

With the letter they've enclosed a copy of the Ombudsman's leaflet and a copy of their final response they originally sent a few months ago.

    Should I ignore?

I've also had a message left on my answer machine from Calders so I take it they've passed it on.

    Hiya

This is classic stalemate so until anything changes, you ignore them now - totally!

    Treat them as :UE

I've just checked the tracking for the recorded delivery...

[size=5]"Your item with reference xxxxxxxxxxxxx was delivered from our LEEDS Delivery Office on 25/08/10"

So they must of received it, I think they must be getting confused with their own template letters so I'll take your advice and ignore it.

Received another letter this morning from Albion demanding the full balance, that's the 3rd time they've sent that exact same letter now. ;LOL

They've not replied to my account in dispute letter either and in between their letters demanding the full balance I've had a statement from Halifax asking me to pay the arrears so you can see the kind of unorganised fools I'm dealing with. ;D

spot on matey - you're an old hand at this mallarkey, as I say! It'd be good though to finalise barclays lol... just one way or another![/quote:wnvjnwxs]

To be honest NID I've gone past the point of caring about Barclaycard, as you said to me months ago until they produce an agreement then it will be treated as :UE

The sooner they sell it on the better.
