    Hi Niddy, re; Capital One CC (ue)
    not much to report, just statements coming through, plenty of phone calls.
    Default notice recd 7/7/11
    Letter recd dated 19/7/11 saying an agent may come to my home, your balance being passed to a debt collection agency, damage to your credit file. If we do not hear from you we will continue to pursue this matter. Do I need to send a reply to this one?

      Nah, due to the dates in question i'd wait and see what comes next now to be fair.....

              Was on holiday on a boat on Norfolk Broads when letter came and then back to work.
              Will get into gear with it now.

                  recd a letter today 15/8/11 dated 9/8/11 from Capital One saying we have terminated your Account, we may sell your Account to a debt collection agency or use door-to-door collectors. Shall I send that letter now? Re: Capital One cc (Ue)

                        recd a letter today 17/8/11 dated 12/8/11 from ftc re: Capital 1 cc (Ue) saying now Managing Agent after 3 Nov 11 may engage a debt collection agency including doorstep visits & legal action response by 18/8/11.

                        Do I need to send same letter off to ftc as I sent to Capital 1 yesterday 16/8/11 or just wait & see what they come back with?

                        Just seen underneath it says ftc is a trading division of Capquest

                              recd a letter from ftc on 26/8/11 dated 21/8/11 saying pay up or contact us by 30/8/11 re Capital 1 cc (Ue). Should I just ignore this as we have just sent letter Final Response Unforceability General recently?
