Would the default sums be covered under 2.k, or do they have to be more specific ?

    2. Using the Card

    Charges
    k. If you do not keep to any of these conditions, you may have to pay our administrative charges as set out in our published tariff. We will apply these
charges to your account. We may change our charges from time to time.

It'll be specific on default sums and list the amount, look at your tesco agreement for an example as they normally have it.....

However that's not enough to make it UE - it's just questionable as to whether the terms are in fact allowed to charge any default sums.....

The terms they sent are questionable as I need the agreement to align the two - so right now it is UE.
I see they have sent the request for Absolute Assignment to another department, I guess any agreement could be sent with this.

                    Hi

Sorry for the delay - this is 100% UE as there is nothing from account inception, all they've sent is recon terms.

                    I'd respond as follows --> http://www.all-about-debt.co.uk/inde...escribed-terms

                      Thanks Niddy, much appreciated.

It was nice of Lloyds to offer the services of their 'financial health specialists', I'm sure they would have come to the same conclusion.

11/10/14 - Sent CCA request to Arden Credit Management
Received a letter from Arden today saying they have tried to contact me a number of times over the previous few weeks, and if they don't hear from me in the next 7 days
they will consider paying a visit to discuss in person.

They are yet to reply to my CCA request, so I'll send them a reminder http://www.all-about-debt.co.uk/inde...ability-threat
The calls & texts are easy to ignore, but I don't really want them turning up. Is it ok to tag http://www.all-about-debt.co.uk/inde...doorstep-visit on the
CCA reminder, or would it be better to send it separately?

Yep - if anything merge the two mate. Add the no visit paragraph to the CCA reminder.
